New for 2013! The SLRZR1 features the USSSA 1.15 BPF Stamp and is approved for play in 2012! Looking to sharpen your swing this season? The Miken RZR is here to help! Made from Miken's T3000 Alloy, this one-piece bat will enhance the consistency of any player that puts it in their hands. T3000 Alloy is created using Miken's extrusion process that maximizes the bat's performance and durability, allowing for thin walls and creating the ultimate sweetspot! Miken prides itself on making the RZR one of the most balanced big barrel bats on the market. This gives players the opportunity to generate more consistency through increased control and bat speed. Control is further enhanced through the use of Miken's Extreme X-Tack Grip. Extreme X-Tack takes knob grip to the next level with a comfortable feel and the optimal amount of tack to give players additional bat control when it matters most. Pros: Our kids love this bat so far, great performance and sharp looking bat. Highly recommend.
Cons:
Pros: JustBats quickly and smoothly replaced it with the same make/model and the new bat has done well over 5 practice sessions. The bat seems to have a good pop and the 9-year-old has no complaints about vibration or balance. The soft grip is a plus.
Cons: A dent was noticed after the first indoor batting practice session (using baseballs, not Juggs balls).
Pros: light weight, good grip
Cons: we've already replaced the bat once - after one practice with it bat was damaged or defective. So far the replacement is ok
Pros:
Cons: 20 swings (10 year old). 1 big dent.
Pros: As my son gets older he is becoming more particular about his equipment. He selected this bat mainly for the looks. It feels very balanced and he was strokin it the first night at practice. So far I greatly recommend this bat and have had several inquiries about the bat. My son now loves the bat for the way it hits more than the way it looks.
Cons: don't care for the white handle if you want to call it a con.
Pros: Sounded great! Looks great! 11yr old said it felt great to swing.
Cons: After 6 pitches in cage, it had 6 dents! Not just dings but big dents!
Pros: It's Miken. Swings well, nice look, comfortable
Cons: due to the 1.15 bat restrictions most manufacturers developed to quick. Reduced weight to help the 1.15 and thinned the bat walls. The bat walls simply can't withstand the impacts and dent way to easy.
Pros: Good pop.
Cons: Got dented in 4 days of usage. 3 major dents and 1 minor.
Pros: My 11 yr old son really likes this bat so far. It has great 'pop'. He isn't very big and this bat has helped with some additional power. As a result, he's gaining some confidence.
Cons: None so far. No issues with denting yet.
Pros: Great Pop.
Cons: First bat dented in 4 days, the replacement bat seems to work really well.
Pros: Has great pop and sound
Cons: This bat dents terrible...sent it back once they returned to me stating it will not affect performance. Cost me 13.00 to ship.. I am trying for another warranty return after 4 more dents in only 2 games and 3 practices.
Pros: Great pop on bat, 9U boys loved bat.
Cons: 2 large dents in bat after 3 games. No batting cage, just games.
Pros: has pop and is balanced
Cons: after first BP bat dented after 3rd game bat had caved in completely. no where near the durability of a TPX.
Pros: awesome bat lots of pop can't wait to get outside and use it

Ask QuestionHow would you compare this with the Miken NXT freak and the COMbat B3? Is the COMbat worth all the extra money?

The COMbat and the Miken would both be great bat choices. For further information you can contact our customer service at 1-866-321-2287.

How does the new miken stand up to the easton s3? I bought the s3, not impressed, feels heavy. Interested in the miken now...
Asked by linedrives on Feb 03, 2012
This bat is a great choice. The Miken has a 2 3/4" barrel and will have great pop. This bat is well balanced and has a durable barrel.

My son is 10. he plays in a 11 and under AA league. he needs bat speed. he is 4' 10" tall. i keep going back and forth between the 29 and 30" bat...this is not a cheap bat but want something he can use more than one year too. what do you reccommend for his age and size....
Asked by Chris on Jan 30, 2012
If he is swinging a 29" now and not having a problem with that size, then I would move him up to the 30".

how much pop does it have

What is the diffence in this senior 27/17 and the coach pitch 27/17 bat?
Asked by black on Jan 26, 2012
Coach pitch bat are made for lower velocity pitching, so the senior league bats will withstand greater velocity pitching.

How does this bat compare to the Easton S2? Would you remcommend one over the other?
Asked by Ryan on Jan 25, 2012
Both these bats have an aluminum alloy barrel. The S2 is a two-piece with a composite handle. They both are going to have a balanced swing weight.
Ryan Expert · Jan 25, 2012
Will this bat have more pop than last years psycho. I felt like the psycho was a disappointment compared to other Miken's I'd had in the past. The psycho seemed to have a very small sweet spot
Asked by Shoeless joe on Jan 16, 2012
This bat does have a very nice pop. They have improved the alloy in the 2013 model.
Linda Expert · Jan 16, 2012
Two questions. 1.) Has Miken given any indication that the paint will be more durable than the 2012 model. 2.) When do you expect to get the 30/20 and 31/21 sizes in?
Asked by LKND on Jan 10, 2012
We have not heard anything about the paint issues from Miken yet. We will list the sizes we have in stock, I would say we should be getting more sizes in shortly.
David Expert · Jan 10, 2012
Never dealt with Miken much, but thinking about giving it a try: This bat seems very similar to the Worth Prodigys. Is that a fair and accurate comparison?
Asked by Tater on Jan 09, 2012
Yes, it is a fair comparison. They are both 1 piece all alloy bats.
Linda Expert · Jan 10, 2012
Yes. They are both are going to be similar in structure and performance.
