Pros: Great pop for about 2 weeks.
Cons: Cracked on handle after very little use. Sent back for replacement. Bought Easton Omen in the mean time.

Pros: Pretty good pop. Looks good when new.
Cons: Cracked at handle/barrel fusion after 9 games. The bat is poorly constructed.

Pros: Great Pop
Cons: This bat is great for a few weeks...We are on our 3rd bat and this one is breaking at the handle like the other two.

Pros: Still has same pop even with cracks.
Cons: Have three all cracked in the same area. Transition from barrel to handle.

Pros: This bat has some serious pop, very well balanced, extreme limited sting....and combined with the paint job, ooozes with confidence any kid that uses it.
Cons: Although the "pros" stand out...within a week`s use a handle/barrel fusion crack occured. Since then, a second crack has also happened. Amazingly, the performance hasn`t tapered as much as you would expect. Have yet to send it back under warranty. Hopefully all will work out.

Pros: Great look feels well balance seems to have good ball reaction even miss hits have pretty good pop
Cons: Ball marks easy white grip gets dirty easy and after 3 games painted started cracking at fusion doesn't seem to effect the performance yet but not happy to spend that much for a bat that cracked in 2 weekends

Ask QuestionI SEE THAT THE PSYCHO HYBRID IS LEGAL FOR USSSA. DOES IT MATTER WHAT THE STAMP LOOKS LIKE? I HATE TO GET THE BAT AND BECAUSE THE STAMP IS NOT THE "NEW" STAMP IT NOT BE LEGAL.

Next year all bats will have to have the USSSA stamp on them to be considered legal in play. The YBPS12 does not have the new USSSA 1.15BPF stamp.

How long does it take to break in? The common complaint that I have been reading on product reviews is that your bats are prone to cracking.

This bat has an alloy barrel and a composite handle and it doesn't really require a very extensive break-in period. I would still recommend taking about 100 hits of a tee between 40-60% power prior to using it versus live pitching. Is this bat like the Miken Heat and others that are carbon fiber and can not be used in cold weather?

This bat is 100% alloy and will withstand colder temperatures better than composite (carbon fiber) bats.
