Pros: great bat, feels great when you swing it,has awesome pop,the handle feels realy good,has great balance,and its an awesome bat for kids playing ball because its little league approved so you don't have to get the bat and then you use it in a game and the umpire says you can't use it.
Cons: the finish on it scrapes off on the top, but that doesn't make a difference.

Pros: Great bat with a lot of pop. Very well balanced. Great skill training bat.
Cons: My son is 10 years old and a little on the thinner side. The 30" bat was a few ounces too heavy for him, but he has adjusted to it.

Pros: My son really likes the bat's weight and strength. He's still working on getting a few more good hits. The website was easy and shipping was very fast. Overall, a very positive experience, and will use JustBats again, providing he breaks this bat!

Pros: This bat can be used during the cold days of the baseball season. So you can leave the good bat (CF4) in the bag till the weather warms up a bit.

Pros: I've had this bat for almost a year. Very strong. Great pop. Has not broken yet. Great overall bat!!!

The handle size on the Mizuno Maple Wood Bat: MZM271YLL Youth model is a 15/16" handle as the bat is made from a 271 turning model. The only difference between the Youth model and the adult model is that the barrel on the Youth model is a 2.25" barrel diameter instead of a 2.50" barrel diameter like the adult model.

The barrel of this bat is 2 1/4 inches. Based on the information we have, this bat would be legal for Babe Ruth play. However, since rules do change from league to league, I would suggest checking with your coach or league official just to make sure.
