The SLP102 features the USSSA 1.15 stamp and is legal for use in 2012! A favorite of thousands of players each year, the Worth Lithium Edge Prodigy returns this season revamped, reloaded, and ready to rumble! The balanced one-piece design is ideal for players of any size, strength or skill level. The Prodigy is made from Lithium Alloy, the strongest aluminum in the Worth arsenal. It's strength allows for the thinnest walls and shells in the game, giving players maximum trampoline effect! Handle stiffness and barrel flexibility are optimized to provide the highest allowable batted ball speed. This barrel flexibility is enhanced through the Center Load endcap that is designed to give players 5% more inertia to drive through the ball. The handle is graced by Whiplash technology to create up to a 30% thinner taper for reduced weight and increased bat speed. The handle is then covered with a Silencer Grip to end sting and vibration so players can swing with confidence. But the thing that keeps hitters coming back to the Prodigy year after year is... the MONSTER 2 3/4" BARREL! The hitting surface is like none other in the game, and this year is designed with stunning red-accented black on black graphics! Worth: Performance Through Technology! The Prodigy has a 1.15 BPF approval. It carries a Full Twelve (12) Month Manufacturer's Warranty. Free Shipping!

Pros: Bat is Hot out of the wrapper. Great Performance..
Cons: Scratches and chips easily, That doesn't affect performance though
Pros: same old great pop and new look is great. my son has been swinging the prodigy since he was 7, he is now 10 and loves it
Cons: still dents easilly
Pros: My son has had the Omaha TPX and Demarini Vendetta. He has also used some of the Easton V12 bats his teammates use. I have to say this bat outperforms them all (especially the Omaha which I do not recommend). I read these reviews for weeks and bought several bats for my son so take it from me......stop reading these reviews and buy your kid a Worth Lithium Prodigy then sit back and watch the fireworks!!
Cons: None
Pros: This bat has great pop and is well balanced. The grip does reduce sting, even with an ill placed hit. The ball jumps off the bat. It's great looking and I think it gives my son the confidence to really put it all out there. It is definitely worth the money. This all coming from a mother of 3 boys. Bought this for my 9 year old and he's a competitive travel player year round, so we've seen our share of bats, good and bad. You won't be dissapointed with this one.
Cons: While the bat has great pop, you need to rotate after every hit to keep from developing a flat spot or dent. I wouldn't let an entire team use is for that purpose. This is a 1 player bat. If not you'll be replacing it half way through the season.
Pros: I am the dad of an 11u travel player. What makes this bat great is the balance. It feels lighter than other 30/20 bats(Rival, Combat big barrel) because of the balance. Similar to the original Combat B1 in balance but it is a big barrel. Great pop as well.
Cons: Slight dent after a couple of weeks.
Pros: Great Bat amazing pop!!!...love the PING!!!
Cons: This bat dents way to easily...completely flatend one side of the barrel
Pros: hits well with great sweet spot
Cons: My 10 year old son loved this bat and hit well with it for exactly 5 days before he hit a pitch during a batting lesson in the middle of the sweet spot and a 2" dent caved in his brand new bat. Haven't contacted customer service for exchange/refund yet but I will keep you posted. He has had his other Worth bat for 9 months with no problem
Pros: Hottest yet. We've used the Rival, Omaha and 5150 this year so far for fall ball and the Lithium definately has more pop. Heavy use by 8u machine pitch team and no dents so far after 3 tournaments.
Cons: Flat black finish gets ugly quick . . . kinda cool looking though.
Pros: great balance and great pop best big barrel in the market
Cons: dents easy
Pros: Sweet gun metal paint job with the huge lettering. Got ours today and love the loud PING!! Took about 60 cuts and works and feels just as good as the rest of them.
Cons: None
Pros: has the most pop i have seen in any bat that my son has used yet!!! He is only seven and has been playing with 9/10 year olds and with this bat, he has as much power as the 10 year olds do... AWESOME BAT... GET IT NOW!!
Cons: None so far!
Pros: This bat is truely Awesome. Excellent pop and the best looking bat on the market. My son absolutely loves it....
Cons: None...
Pros: I bought 2 2012 Worth Lithium Edge Prodigy bats 2 weeks ago for my Grandsons. They have been using the Prodigy Bat since 2007. I will be ordering another Prodigy Bat for my other grandson this month for his Birthday. This is the only bat they will use.I love that you get it real quickly.
Cons: None
Pros: Love the sound it makes, buy high $ baseballs and they really fly! 8U travel teams uses 29/19 and its wonderful plus we don't have to worry about composites and the USSSA logo is wonderful.
Cons: Price dropped after buying. Every bat I buy every year this happens.
Pros: Great balance, my son seems to have quicker hands with this bat than Anderson bat both are -10
Cons: Our 2011 only lasted one season, cracked by the end cap. I hope this one last longer.
Pros: BOUGHT THIS BAT FOR MY BOY ON A 9U SELECT TEAM AND ALL I CAN SAY IS HE WILL NOT EVEN PICK UP HIS EASTON RIVAL ANY MORE HE LOVES THIS BAT
Cons: EVERYONE ON THE TEAM WANTS TO USE IT .
Pros: Light, strong and the ball pops. Looks cool too. 10 year old is lining the ball further with this gem.
Cons: None.
Pros: Nice looking bat. It has good pop.
Cons: My son is 10 and he used it one game and bat already dented up. hopefully he can use it a few more weekends if bat holds up. Very thin & weak alloy. Should be priced cheaper because I could see my son going through 3 bats a season.
Pros: Bat has performed as expected. Great pop, very well balanced and no sting. My 9 yr. old son loves it and everyone is asking him to use it.
Cons: none
Pros: solid pop
Cons: 29 inch, dented on both sides in less than 2 games, not used in bp at all, pathetic, after a few more games it will look like a car after hail damage
Pros: Best Prodigy Worth has put out since the old blue/gold 2008 (I believe). It's going to dent, but that's part of it. Composites don't dent like the alloy. We will take Alloy ALL day long - HATE composites, glad we won't be able to use them next year. My son has had his a few months and it is dented a little (11yr old travel ball) but that is to be expected. Keep up the good work!
Cons: None!
Pros: Great bat, bought the 27/17 for my 6 year old playing on a 7 year old tourney team hitting the ball over the heads of the outfielders heads..great action when you keep it in the sweet spot.
Cons: none.
Pros: So far so good. Great bat with TONS of pop in it. Balanced well for good bat speed. My 9U competive son loves this bat compared with to his Easton Speed and his buddies TPX Triton. Hopefully the bat holds up and does not crack. Great price for a hot bat.
Cons: Scatches really easy but to be expected like any other bat.
Pros: Great pop. Saw an increased in my son's power after the first use.
Cons: Not very durable and won't last a season without getting a flat spot.
Pros: Great pop! Has USSSA stamp on the bat!
Cons: none so far
Pros: Has alot of pop. nice looking. Really sweet.
Cons:
Pros: Nephew hit grand slam first swing of the bat. Ive been buying the series since they came out great bat
Cons: None
Pros: i bought this bat for my 8 year old that plays on a 8u select team. He hit 3 homeruns already, and its just our second tournament with the bat,our team loves it. The bat has alot of pop. Very durable. Best bat on the market.Plus it has the USSSA stamp.
Cons: none so far!!
Pros: This is a hot bat. Lots of pop. Hits'em farther and faster than any bat I've seen.
Cons: Dents easy for power hitters.
Pros: Just received this bat last week our 7U All-Star team absolutley mashed the ball with this bat! This bat has great balance and tons of pop!
Cons: Paint job is too cool!
Pros: My son is a 10U player and loves the new bat. It has a great pop and is well balanced.
Cons: None so far.
Pros: My 10 year old son likes his new bat very much. The ball fly, sound and looks are all great.
Cons:
Pros: The bat is weighted well and has a lot of "POP" in it... I purchased the 29/19 for my 9 year old. He rips the ball with it! Unfortunately, there is a big CON to this bat!
Cons: The bat went completely flat on one side in 6 weeks of use. Worth replaced it within 10 days. I would recommend only using this bat in games. We have an old Prodigy (Blue and White) 29/19 that we will use in the cage from now on....It's a great bat, but will not hold up to a lot of use.
Pros: Great bat my son is killing the ball with this bat. Great sound.
Cons: NON
Pros: Balanced, good pop . . .seemingly better than the Rival or 5150. Seeing 15-30 feet more on well hit balls from all the boys vs. those two.
Cons: Grip a bit thick for younger hands.
Pros: Okay for first year live arm but the owner of one of these bats should be a weaker contact hitter.
Cons: got it and just thought it had good pop but dents abought every other swing.plus it terribaly wheighted .Plus the hanndle is so big it slows down your swing/gives you less control.much rather go with any tpx or composite easton bat.
Pros: Theres no vibration so no sting at all.
Cons: The grip rips to fast.
Pros: Baddest looking bat I have seen... It helps that it performs well also.
Cons: Price went up a bit.
Pros: No complaints! My 6 yr old can knock the heck out of the ball with this bat. To top it off, the bat has a sweet sound and look!
Cons:
Pros: This bat has alot of pop. For the price you cant go wrong with it. Bought this for an 8U team and they love it.
Cons: None so far
Pros: I bought this bat for my 10 year old son and it quickly became the most popular bat on his team. I have watched it smack MANY balls DEEP into the outfield in just the first 3 games. Can't wait to see the first homerun ball, I know it will happen since we are still in preseason! Plus, the boys think it looks "cool, like a stealth fighter jet".... ah, what kids value!
Cons: none
Pros: This bat is great my son loves it.Best bat for the money.
Cons: none
Pros: Hot,great pop and soound,
Cons: my son has had 6 of them so far in 3 years . They dent very easily but the pros out way this con .
Pros: My son loves this bat. First game hit a triple, double and single. Everyone wants to use it! Loves the sound it makes..
Cons:
Pros: I ordered the 28/18 for my 9 year old and boy does he love this bat. It has amazing pop and the sound is pretty cool. My son has more confidence at the plate now. Worth did a great job with this bat.
Cons: That I did not buy this bat for my son sooner!!!
Pros: Really hot bat. Best pop on the market by far. My 10u son has gone yard in his last two tourneys.
Cons: Probably won't last long.
Pros: its simple first game my son went 2 for 2 double and single he is a 12 yr old got him the 30/20 it feels like an 18 oz bat. great weight balance got jammed on the double still went 220 to the fence. single over the SS head not bad.the sound when making contact gets everyones attn.his confidence with this bat is thru the roof.if your a baseball guy you know that helps tremendously.whatever it takes
Cons: wish they made a little bat for my 6 year old with a2 1/4 barrel
Pros: Another strong Worth product. 6 year old son, playing 8U hit one about 170 ft in air first practice. Pop
Cons: Bat will dent, but I will take that for the pop.
Pros: Attractive bat, great for power hitters, balls fly right off the bat
Cons: Paint comes off easily, develops flat spots with heavy use during batting practice and games. Spend your dollars on another bat
Pros: Large Sweet spot, especially for young hitters transitioning from 2 1/4 inch barrel bats. Best bat for the money.
Cons: None
Pros: Mentally helped both my sons at Bat, giving them more confidence. The pop on it good, both kids like the grip much better than easton.
Cons: Supposed to be balanced, yet both my sons and several team members are having a hard time adjusting to swinging it. Old bat (easton stealth) same length and weight. Anyone else notice this?
Pros: Lots of pop. Love the black with red lettering. No signs of denting after 2 months of use.
Cons: I don't really like the ping sound it makes on contact, but the kids do.
Pros: So far so good, I just bought this bat two weeks ago, my son only have used it in two or three practices and one game, he says he feels the pop of the bat. I hope that stands the task of the next full season.
Cons:
Pros: Son loves this bat, he hits farther with the Lithium than he hits with his Omen. He has been swinging a Lithium for three years now and will for another three with the pop this bat has.
Cons: dents a little easy but still an AWESOME bat!
Pros: This bat has been heavily used the last 4 months and no flat spots yet. Great pop worth the $$$.
Cons: Looks old after a month but the hits keep coming.
Pros: No other bat has the pop this bat does!
Cons: Could dent, good warrenty by Worth they will replace. You have to decide if you want performance or durability. I don't expect to get more then a season out of a bat but we play about 70 games.
Pros: decent pop
Cons: This bat dents so easily. After 1 month it got kicked out of my tournament. It is a bad bat. DO NOT GET WASTE OF MONEY
Pros: This bat is amazing.I'm 12 and i hit very well with it.There have been no problems with any dents or cracks whatsoever,I have had this bat for a whole season.
Cons: None. The dark finish does get scuffed off,but the bat still looks amazing.
Pros: Good balance and surprising pop for a 1.15. Compares well to the "pre BBCOR" Worth Prodigy bat.
Cons: Paint doesnt look like it is going to hold up (just like other prodigy bats we've had) but we aren't worried about the bat being pretty as long as it hits well.
Pros: Great pop, great sound. Light swing weight for my 10 year old.
Cons: Unfortunately, like other reviewers, it's true, this bat does dent easily. Don't use it for BP, you can probably get one full season out of it.
Pros: Bat is very light and has tremendous pop, but like all previous Worth Prodigy models from past years the bat still dents very quickly. My son is a taller that average 10 yr old and a power hitter. The bat dented right on the sweet spot during the first game after he smashed one deep. If your son swings with some power I would not recommend this bat, unless you intend on replacing it over and over. A few kids on his select time have the Easton S3 and have had the same problems with denting. My son has used his Worth Prodigy bat in about 4 tournaments now and it is completely dented and flat on 3 sides. Do not waste your money. Best bat so far that seems to hold up well with power hitters and has great pop is the light blue Combat. Think we will be making the switch.
Cons: Dents very easily on sweet spot. Does not hold up for power hitters.
Pros: its a great 1 player bat
Cons: none at all
Pros: Great bat for my 9 y/o son. It has great pop. We have used it in several practices with over half of the team using it. Very hard hit balls and no denting.
Cons:
Pros: One word... Pop! This bad is used by 4 or 5 kids on my son's team, they all crush the ball. My son put down his trusty 5150 to pick this up and loves it. 12/15 in first Sunday with it, and the three outs were line drives to the outfield.
Cons: The paint job is really cool looking, but it very quickly loses its finish. Have not seen any issues with the denting that others mention yet.
Pros: Still a hot bat after almost a year. We have the Worth Prodigy Legit and it is as good. The knob is smaller on the Legit and my son does not like that. The Lithium still sounds more explosive. The sound definitely gets peoples attention.
Cons: Does not wear well. Looked three years old after a month, but really no big deal.
Pros: just as good as every prodigy i've ever had except the paint job is by far the best. this bat is HOT!!!
Cons: none, love it!
Pros: This bat is for a high performing player, too heavy for the little kids. My son is 7, playing in coach pitch, weighs about 45 pounds. He plays all stars, he's just now able to swing the 27-17, and he is more confident, and with a good swing, the ball certainly gets better distance. His old bat was the Louisville Slugger Omaha 26-16 big barrel. This bat is far better.
Cons: The handle is a little too thick. Small hands would have trouble gripping this.
Pros: great sound off the bat. 9YO son moved up to it from 28/16 CP bat--not much drop off. He loves the look and graphics. Should be the next "hot bat".
Cons: Maybe not quite as much pop as a composite bat, but legal in all leagues.
Pros: Great pop!!! My 6 year old son hit his first "Over THE FENCE) home run a few weeks ago in the Super NIT. Great Balance, much better than the Easton Rival.
Cons: Dents easily...
Pros: The Worth Lithium is a great bat. The day that we recieved the bat me and my 2 sons went and took some batting practice and i just couldn't believe how fast the ball jumped off the bat. Great bat and it also feels lighter that 28 ounces.
Cons: The handle is little to thick.
Pros: The ball explodes off of this bat. All of the kids on my team wants to use the bat. We have several kids in the league that their parents bought them this bat after seeing the results. Awesome bat for a good price.
Cons: My son has been using the bat for about 2 months now with no problems as of today.

Ask QuestionMy son is in 8U baseball and I was thinking about getting him a bigger bat barrel. We have been using a Easton Typhon 28 inch and off the top of my head I think its a -12 or -13 drop. I feel that him playing with a 2 1/4 inch bat is the way to go but when we play tournaments it seems the other teams are all using the bigger barrels and it does give them a little more pop. So I want to buy him one and just really undecided what to buy him. This Worth bat seems pretty nice and has some good reviews but I would really like some inside help here on what to buy him.
Asked by CJ on May 14, 2012
The unfortunate thing about the bat market today is that there are literally dozens of high end bats out there all of which offer great pop. This can make the shopping process very difficult, but it's even more difficult to make a bad choice. If he had success with the Typhoon, I would recommend sticking with a one piece alloy design. In the $100 price range, the SLP102 is hard to beat. It has great pop and a large sweetspot. The only other bat in that price range I think could rival the Prodigy is the Rival from Easton. I still may give the Prodigy a slight advantage in terms of overall pop though. I think it will be a great choice for your son.

My son is 9, 5 foot tall, 130 pounds and a power hitter. We have never had a big barrel bat, what is the best route and size to go? Currently he has a smaller barrel 30 inch 17 oz Easton Reflex.
Asked by Mandy on Jan 30, 2012
The SLP102 is one of the most popular big barrel bats for kids his age. I would suggest using a 30"/20oz. for him in this bat.

All three of these bats are going to be very equal and on the same performace level. The differnce is that the SLP102 is going to be a one-piece aluminum allow

How does the Combat B3 & Combat 52 Caliber compare performance wise average up with the Worth SLP102 ?
Asked by DB on Jan 25, 2012
The B3 and 52 Caliber will be an all one piece composite bat which will give the player more pop over time. The Prodigy is an all alloy bat and has great pop and a huge sweet spot. The Prodigy has been a great bat year after year.

I bought my son this bat during the fall season and it has alot of small dents, one very noticable dent and seems to have lost some pop. It also sounds different.I was reading other questions and you said if it dents send it back for a warrenty bat, what is that? a used bat? I bought this bat knowing it had a problem with dentin but understood your warrenty to replace it with a new bat of this model or newer. i will be sending bat in for your inspection but can you reply to this question so i will know what to expect?

My son narrowed his choice between this Prodigy bat and the 5150 SL51V Velo. Any advice?
Asked by tomzoo on Jan 22, 2012
They both will be a one piece all alloy the main difference would be the Velo is going to be a 2 5/8" barrel and the Prodigy is going to be a 2 3/4".

worth lithium or easton s3 which is a better buy?
Asked by Clark on Jan 19, 2012
Both are great bats and use top of the line alloy. The Prodigy would be an excellent choice.
KB Expert · Jan 19, 2012
How is the pop of this bat compared to the easton S3? I have heard the newer easton does not have as much pop as last years Rival. Thx!
Asked by Capp35 on Jan 18, 2012
The Prodigy has a nice pop, as does the Easton. They are all similar in that they are one piece alloy designs, alloy has a more immediate pop compared to composite that has to be broken in to get to the max performance level.

Which has the most pop, the Prodigy or the DeMarini Vexxum? Are either comparable to the Stealth Speed my son used last year that is now illegal? Don't want another composite barrel.
Asked by Mike H on Jan 06, 2012
Both are going to be great bats, the lithium may have slightly more pop than the vexxum, they are going to feel different than the stealth because the barrel is made with different material

I know that this bat is prone to denting. If I send it in and get a replacement, does the replacement come with the 1 year warranty also? And does that warranty continue with each new bat as long as it's within the year?

No, the manufactuer's warranty is generally 1 year (Easton has 400 days), and it is a ONE TIME replacement. The replacement is marked as such, and does not come with a new warranty.

Asked by AJ on Nov 29, 2011
The Prodigy is going to be one of the best bats under $200. This bat is going to have good pop and great durability. I would also look into the CF5 and Easton’s S and XL series.
Todd Expert · Nov 29, 2011
I'm trying to determine which new bat to get my son. For small barrels he swung the anderson techzilla last year, 29 20 with a 1 inch choke and was hitting it well. When he got back into travel ball he went back to his old, 28 18 worth. I think he can handle the 29 21 Marucci Cat 5 or Ignite. Otherwise - should I just go with the Worth 29 19. and not worry about the extra 2 oz. (9U kid pitch)
Asked by jpeast on Nov 28, 2011
The Prodigy is a good bat, has nice balance,so it won't swing heavy.

If my kid doesn't like the bat, can I return it if the wrapper is still on? I was gonna let him hit some wiffles with it to see how it felt.

If he likes the red 5150, then I would go with the SL51A1 the black and yellow one. It is designed the same, nicely balanced, nice pop.

I wanted to know the best size bat for my son. 55 inches tall and 77 lbs. He is using a 28 /19.5 bat and was wondering if he should be using the 29 inch instead
Asked by SLRAJ on Oct 27, 2011
Wouldn't hurt him to go up to a 29 inch. The general rule of thumb is, you don't want to move them up much more than an inch or an ounce at a time. so if you move him to the 29 on this bat, he is only gaining half an ounce.

We need to purchase a BBCOR bat. Does this bat qualify?
Asked by Ron on Oct 25, 2011
No. BBCOR only applies to Adult baseball bats. This is a Youth Big Barrel bat that is not governed by the BBCOR standard. On our website, look under the "Adult" section. That's where the BBCOR bats will be.

What bat or bats is going to compare with last years cf4 as far as pop goes
Asked by Andy on Oct 25, 2011
DeMarini's newest model, the CF5 and the Easton Omen are comparable to the CF4.
Kara Expert · Oct 25, 2011
Is this okay for batting cages? The yellow balls they use? We heard it is only for hard baseballs. Don't want to misuse our beloved "magic" bat.
Asked by Elvismum on Oct 23, 2011
Those yellow dimpled pitching machine balls can be detremental to any bat. Those types of ball are often much more dense than a regular baseball and will increase the likelihood of that bat denting. I would recommend purchasing a cheap bat of the same size to use in the batting cage.
Jeff Expert · Oct 24, 2011
Alloy bats are fine to use in the batting cages with the yellow dimpled balls. You shouldn't use a composite bat in a batting cage.

how easily does it dent? Somebody told me it dents in cold weather only.
Asked by ctnm00 on Oct 19, 2011
Compared to last year's Prodigy, the 2012 model has shown a big step up in durability. It's true that using bats in colder temperatures (under 55 degrees or so) does increase the chances of dents or cracks. However, that doesn't mean that it ONLY dents in cold weather. It is covered under a one year warranty through Worth, so if anything does happen, you can get a replacement.

Does this bat have a USSSA stamp on it & what age groups are allowed to swing it?

It has the USSSA stamp. Usually ages 7-13 can use this bat.

is this a composite bat or aluminum?
Asked by allen on Oct 13, 2011
This bat is 100% alloy.
Kris Expert · Oct 13, 2011
Son and team mates seem to be having a hard time adjusting to the swing/control of this bat. They LOVE it, but connecting less with the ball at batting practice. Swithced form using same specs on an Easter Stealth bat..... Any suggestions or ideas?
Asked by BillyKes on Oct 11, 2011
The Stealth is a slightly more end weighted bat. The Prodigy is a little more balanced.

How does this bat compare to the Omen and the CF5?
Asked by OCAngel on Oct 05, 2011
The Omen and CF5 are all composite and are going to have better pop than the Prodgy. The Omen and CF5 will have a break in period, but will get hotter the more you use it. The Prodigy will perform the same as the day you get it. Alloy does tend to be more durable than composite bats.

I would like buy a bat that is USSSA certified and has the largest sweet spot and best preformance. How does the SLP102 compare to other youth bats?
Asked by Mike on Sep 25, 2011
The Prodigy has a nice sweet spot. The Combat 52SL1 is another one that has a huge sweet spot and lots of pop. There are several that meet what you are looking for.

I have a brand new 2010 worth lithium prodigy 31/21 still in the wrapper that I bought for my son a while back thinking he could grow in to it. He is there now and of course it does not have the new stamp for 2012. What are my options here? Can I send it back to Worth to get the stamp? Or is there a grandfather clause to use it? I love this bat and would love to be able to use it. If not I am very interested in the 2012 model.
Asked by Dale on Sep 14, 2011
Some manufacture's do work with you on these issues, I would give them a call. There number is 1-800-423-3714.

I have a 2011 Bat that I am currently sending back for replacement. What are they replacing the 2011s with? Will they get the updated version with the stamp? I love the bat, but my son can't use it much longer without the stamp. Or do the 2011 bats now have the stamp too?
Asked by Bryan on Sep 06, 2011
Yes, the updated version that we have and that the manufacture has do have the stamp on the barrel of the bat. These bats will be able to be used next year with the stamp. If you send these bats in for a warranty, you will receive one with the stamp.
Todd Expert · Sep 07, 2011
do your worth 2 3/4 have the "USSSA BPF 1.15" stamp that USSSA will require in 2012 yet?
Asked by alejandro on Aug 24, 2011
Yes, this bat has the stamps on the barrel. All bats that have the stamp will have pictures of the stamp and will say in the bullet points that the bat has the stamp on the bat.

My son is 6 and plays on a 8u team what size bat do he need he not the smallest 6 year old
Asked by Cj on Aug 17, 2011
For a 6 or 7 year old, the average length bat will be 27 or 28 inches with a weight between 17 and 20 ounces. It is difficult to give an exact recommendation without knowing his height, weight, how strong he is, and what size bat he is currently using.
Brett Expert · Aug 17, 2011
My 12 yo son currently uses a -13 Easton Stealth. I know this Worth is heavier, but I keep reading that the balance will make it seem lighter - and swing easier...true??
Asked by trac2 on Jun 11, 2011
Swinging this -10 bat will not feel lighter then the -13 bat. This bat is a balanced bat., with the weight be distributed throughout the bat evenly.
Brett Expert · Jun 11, 2011
I have read many reviews that this bat dents easily. Is that covered in the warranty?
Asked by Mike on Jun 06, 2011
Every bat that we sell comes with a one year warranty. The warranty covers if the bat dents or cracks within the year of purchase. You will then ship the bat to the manufacture and then they will ship you a warranty bat.
