Warranties:

All defective bats are covered by the manufactures warranty.  Warranties vary, but most bats will have a warranty for one year from the date of purchase. Any defective bat must be returned directly to the manufacturer. Manufactures will require a receipt for all returns.  If you have lost your receipt, follow our Order Lookup link, email us at support@baseballbats.com or call us at 1-888-521-4487.  If needed, we can mail or fax a receipt to you as well.

Return Policy: 

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. There is no time frame that unused items in their original condition may be returned for exchange or refund. We have included a free return label in your package to make returns easy and hassle free. When returning a bat for exchange or refund please include a copy of your full invoice, or any other proof of purchase which includes your name as it appears on your order, and your order number, as this is how we are able to lookup your order information. Please do not tape your invoice to your bat as this may cause damage to the bat or invoice. You may simply drop the invoice in the box or use a rubber band to attach it to your bat. If you lost your invoice you can email us a support@baseballbats.com or follow our order lookup link to obtain a new invoice.  To return a bat, simply follow the instructions below.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
1. Fill out return information at the bottom of your invoice. Please be specific so we can best serve your request
2. Put the item in your box along with a copy of your full invoice. We recommend you keep a copy for your records. Please do not tape your invoice to the bat.
3. Make sure all shipping labels, barcodes, and stickers are covered
4. Attach your free USPS return label to your box
5. Drop your package off at your nearest post office or visit www.usps.com to schedule a free pickup.

If your bat has been used or is defective please contact our customer service department at 1-888-521-4487 before returning your item.  

A credit will be issued to your account if no information is included in your return.  If you are returning for exchange, please include the model, size, and any special instructions for return shipping as well as contact information.
If you paid via PayPal or Google Checkout we will not be able to charge any differences to your account. We are able to credit your account.

If you have lost your free return label or didn’t receive one you can print one here: PDF Link for free return label. All returns are processed the same day we receive them; your credit card statement can take 48 to 72 hours before the credit reflects on your statement. If we made a shipping error, please contact us. We will have a carrier come over to your residence or business to pick up the product we sent in error, and we will immediately overnight the correct item to you
