Pros: Great bat. Very durable. Extremely balanced if you don't want end-loaded. Have used 2 seasons w\same bat. Many balls hit on handle have not broken this bat.
Cons: You must tape handle or use lots of pine tar as the finish is very slick. Finish is compromised with wear bearing a lot of ball marks.

BamBooBat offers CULL bats that did not meet their standards for any number of reasons during production. A CULL bat can contain any mistake that BamBooBat made during the production process. The performance of the bat is not compromised. These bats are top end designs from BamBooBat, one of the most innovative companies in the industry. The number of options available for these bats is endless. They are great for game bats, batting practice, and are perfect for a showcase item. BamBooBat - the New Weapon in Baseball! BamBooBats are made from the highest quality bamboo material available. Bamboo is one of the strongest natural materials on the planet with a tensile strength of 28,000 PSI versus 23,000 PSI for steel. This is so important given the ease of breakage found in normal wood bats. This Quadcore Technology also allows for a balanced feel not found in some other bamboo wood bats. BamBooBats are made with a beautiful high gloss lacquer finish on all models. Many high schools and colleges are now taking batting practice with wood bats and now the younger kids are doing this as well. You can use this bat for practice instead of your high dollar metal or composite bat. Practicing with a wood bat has proven to be very beneficial with bat speed and technique. This is the perfect deal for an individual looking to get a quality wood bat for a great price. No Warranty. Free Shipping!

Pros: great feel, good pop, has that hard bamboo feedback
Cons: I like it, but don't go too long the head is not easy to get through. Definately swings like a drop 2.

Pros: Excellent bat. Very comfortable, stiff and solid. Durable as heck!!!
Cons: There are NO negatives to the bat. I love it!

Pros: Nice, solid, heavy duty bat. Our softball league allows baseball bats, as long as they are made of wood. I've always used heavier bats with good results, even through a decade of girls' travel teams. This thing rocks but I'm thinking of getting the matching softball bat just for comparison.
Cons: Too good looking to toss on the ground. Everybody loves to use this bat.

Pros: Great balance with good pop. Handle is just the right size as is the knob. The barrel is the correct size for the handle and balance.
Cons: Handle is a little slippery. Batting gloves may be in order or stick'um or tape.

Pros: Being a "blemished" bat, I was nervous about the purchase, I called customer service, they assured me if I wasn't satisfied, I could return the bat. I received the bat earlier than promised. I cannot figure out why it was listed as blemished...other than the TINY off colored squiggle about 1/4 of an inch long. WOW, what high standards Bamboo Bat has. All of the players on my sons AAU team LOVE the bat...It is a sharp looking bat and the weight feels lighter than the drop 3...a good bonus. Solid construction. Has been to 2 indoor practices so far, after multiple cage sesions and hundreds of swings, not a mark on it.
Cons: so far....none

Pros: I have used a this same bamboo bat for 3 seasons. Very durable and well balanced. I play in 37+ Wood bat league. I love this bat.
Cons: very slick handle must tape or heavy bat tar, every ball hit shows on bat. The con's will not keep me from buying the bat again.

What would be the weight ratio, like -3?
Asked by jrg3 on Feb 12, 2012
Most, if not all, bats come with a length-to-weight ratio. This number is a negative number. This number is used as a way to classify the bats. For instance, a 31†bat with a -3 length-to-weight ratio would weigh 28oz. A -10 bat that is 31†long would weigh 21oz.
